Urbandub Live at Bacolod Masskara Festival 2009

Last Sunday (October 18 2009), at the last day of Bacolod Masskara Festival Urbandub played at around 11pm in 15th street. It wasn't my first time to see them in person but it was my first time to see them close up! I was standing really near them because I can't find my way to the pit so I decided to just stand beside the stage where I can see them clearly.

As always, they play live act so damn good! I lost count on how many times John Dinopol (lead guitarist) spin his guitar strap around him! Everytime he does that the audience just kept on acting wild! And Lalay Lim (bassist) has grown fully awesome in playing her bass, "Gravity" their released single from their upcoming album (in November) was really amazing! Their guitar riffs are organized as always, unlike other bands na basta makapagahod lang!

Thank you Coca-Cola for sponsoring such great concert and good choice of performers! Good thing it was Urbandub and not Bamboo! LOL.

Helena Bonham Carter's New Fashion Line: PANTALOONIES

Back in 2006, Helena Bonham Carter woke up one morning and decided she needed to do something more than just act. She decided to do a line of lingerie with swimwear designer Samantha Sage. The first collection is called ‘Bloomin’ Bloomers’, and featured a selection of Victorian camisoles, mop caps and bloomers.

The line was exclusively sold at Harrods and I haven’t been able to find any trace of the Pantaloonies brand. Here are some pictures from the collection. Add a comment if you know anything else.

Glowing Candies / Lollipops with such pathetic flavor.

This is all over the street of Bacolod these days! My friend Pia, gave me one of these glowing candies but she got a "rose" candy for me attached to a pacifier like container that when twisted... it will glow! WOAH! I got so fucking manol! I heard it was popularized at M02, Goldenfiled (I can't believe I'm writing this.lol) people dance while they have these candies stuffed in their mouth, and it looked good "kuno" in the dark, where you can only see the neon lights only.

By the way, the candy itself doesn't taste good at all..I think it tasted pathetic.lol The flavor is kinda faint and actually unidentify-able... I can't seem to figure out what flavor it was, it's doesn't taste strawberry nor cherry... rose perhaps?LOL. The only good thing is..IT GLOWS! omfg! haha
